You can test the Plugin installation (IIS/BITS) on command line by:

IISMonitor.exe %host %windowsuser %windowspassword NTLMDOMAIN:%windowsdomain 10 IIS8

(Replace the above parameters corresponding to your Server and User Accounts)


In return you should get similar results as in above picture
